An article published in the Guardian examines the issue of police pursuits and highlights the tragic cost in human life when they go wrong.
It includes the tragic deaths of 10 year old Makayah Mc Dermott and his aunt Rosie Cooper, who died in August 2016 when they were hit by a driver being pursued by police. Michael Oswald at Bhatt Murphy acts for their family.
