General Recruitment Information

Bhatt Murphy welcomes applications from all sectors of society and has a strong commitment to equality and diversity.

Please note that while we endeavour to contact all candidates who apply for advertised positions with the firm, it is not always possible to reply to everyone. We are only able to provide feedback to candidates who have attended an interview and we do not generally respond to speculative applicants.

All of our recruitment is managed in-house and we do not use recruitment agencies.

Training Contracts

We do not currently offer training contracts to external applicants. Our trainee solicitors are initially employed as paralegals for a one year fixed term contract, with a view to progression to a training contract after 12 months of employment. We do not expect our paralegals to have completed the LPC before joining the firm and we do offer a small bursary to our employees to help with the costs of the LPC. We do not have a fixed recruitment window for paralegal vacancies, but any vacancies that do arise will be advertised on this site.
