Olaseni (‘Seni’) Lewis was 23 years old when he died following prolonged restraint by police officers at the Bethlem Royal Hospital on 31 August 2010. Six of those officers have been required to face charges of gross misconduct concerning their roles in the restraint and its aftermath.
