A public gross misconduct hearing begins today against PC Warren Luke who is alleged to have used excessive force after he admitted kicking the mother of a child in-patient in the face at her child’s hospital bed in order to remove the mother from the premises.
Bhatt Murphy acts for the child and her mother, whose identities are protected from disclosure by court order.
