Allegations of gross misconduct have been upheld against three officers arising out of failings prior to the death of Linah Keza in July 2013.
Linah was murdered by her ex-partner David Gikawa.
In the week before her death she had repeatedly sought the protection of the police as he had made threats to kill, was carrying a knife and was stalking her.
Three officers have now been found guilty of gross misconduct by an independent disciplinary panel in relation to failures before her death.
