PC and PCSO guilty of misconduct in public office

A jury has returned its verdict at Bristol Crown Court in the criminal trial of three police officers and a Police Community Safety Officer for misconduct in public office arising out of events leading up to the murder of Bijan Ebrahimi by Lee James in July 2013. The jury found both PC Kevin Duffy and PCSO Andrew Passmore guilty of misconduct in public office. PC Leanne Winter and PC Helen Harris were acquitted of the same offence.
