Lady Hallett, the Chair of the Covid-19 Inquiry today ordered the publication of written Opening Statements of the Core Participants.
The DPO team have identified that despite being aware by June 2020 of the disproportionate deaths of Disabled people there was no plan for Disabled people for the first or second waves of the pandemic. The LC team have identified that Boris Johnson dismissed Long Covid as “bollocks” despite extensive evidence of debilitating long term sequelae from previous coronaviruses as well as SAGE, WHO and patients from early summer 2020.
