DPOs Disability Rights UK, Disability Wales, Inclusion Scotland and Disability Action Northern Ireland have challenged government ministers on their failure to support and protect Disabled people during the pandemic.
Through their legal team they have questioned Kemi Badenoch, Justin Tomlinson, Michael Gove and Matt Hancock amongst others.
The DPOs are represented by a team at Bhatt Murphy led by Shamik Dutta and Charlotte Haworth Hird instructing Anita Davies and Danny Friedman KC.
