Our client Joe Corré has won a significant victory for those wishing to be able to protest against fracking. Today, in INEOS v Persons Unknown, HHJ Klein sitting as a judge of the High Court made orders that resulted in the remaining injunctions being discharged.
HHJ Klein found that INEOS was inexcusably at fault for delaying the claim and that their conduct after August 2021 amounted to an abuse of process of the court by benefiting from an injunction that they appreciated should not be maintained.
