The inquest into the death of Brooke Martin who died aged 19 while detained under the Mental Health Act and a patient at Chadwick Lodge Hospital in Milton Keynes, run by Elysium Healthcare, opens on Monday 21 June 2021.
Catherine Shannon of Bhatt Murphy represents Brooke’s family, who are supported by the charity INQUEST.
