Olaseni (known as Seni) Lewis was 23 years old when he died following prolonged restraint by police officers at the Bethlem Royal Hospital on 31 August 2010.
Almost six and a half years later, the shocking and contentious circumstances of the death will finally be subject to public scrutiny at South London Coroner’s Court.
