Jury concludes several missed opportunities contributed to death of Amir Siman-Tov in immigration detention

An inquest jury at West London Coroner’s Court has found that a series of failings by health and custodial staff contributed to the death of Amir Siman-Tov, who was found unresponsive in the early hours of 17 February 2016 at Colnbrook immigration removal centre following an overdose the previous day.
