Settlement secured in the sum of £45,000 for the disclosure of a family’s safe address to a violent ex-partner by Cambridgeshire Police.
The address of the Claimants’ was mistakenly disclosed to a violent ex-partner following his arrest placing the family at significant risk of harm. The family had recently moved due to concerns regarding their safety in light of historic and continuing domestic violence.
