The CPS has decided to institute criminal proceedings against the police officer who discharged a Taser against Mr Judah Adunbi in Bristol on 14 January 2017.
Bhatt Murphy acts for Mr Adunbi and said as follows: “My client looks to the CPS to ensure that justice is done in these proceedings”
No further comment will be made after the conclusion of the criminal trial.
