Following a successful appeal to the Information Rights Tribunal, the Home Office has disclosed the report of an investigation into the restraint of a dying immigration detainee.
The appeal was brought by Medical Justice represented by Bhatt Murphy together with Alex Gask and Martha Spurrier of Doughty Street.
