Court of Appeal discharges INEOS injunctions preventing anti-fracking protests.

The Court has rejected INEOS’s attempts to use draconian injunctions to prevent lawful protest against their fracking activities. Our clients have fought hard and obtained a victory not just for themselves and others who oppose fracking, but for the fundamental right to protest.
