Christina joined Bhatt Murphy as a paralegal in September 2020.
Prior to pursuing law, Christina was variously an advisor in Toxteth Citizens Advice Bureau, an English teacher in Buenos Aires and a support worker for asylum-seeking women and their children in Liverpool.
Christina developed a particular interest in how state bodies treat vulnerable women and children after providing support and advocacy in a variety of situations including at asylum and immigration tribunals, social services assessments and homelessness applications.
Christina currently works on police law, prison law and migrants’ rights cases.
Christina graduated with a first in English Literature from Durham University in 2011, and studied the GDL and LPC in Liverpool in 2018-20.
