His work comprised strategic litigation challenging unlawful surveillance techniques and data retention practices in the High Court and Court of Appeal, as well as claims under the Children’s Act 1989 and the Modern Slavery Act 2016.
He has also gained experience as a public policy analyst through work at a Westminster-based political consultancy, specialising in the intersection of law, tech policy, and digital governance.
Conor read Law at Trinity College Dublin, graduating in 2021, and subsequently completed an LLM in Public Law at University College London. His interests include judicial review and human rights litigation, institutional accountability, and risks from emerging technologies.
