Naintara joined Bhatt Murphy in 2023 as a trainee solicitor

Prior to joining Bhatt Murphy, Naintara worked as a paralegal at Deighton Pierce Glynn on public law and civil damages claims involving migrants rights, unlawful detention, and discrimination.  She also gained experience in group claims and worked on international law challenges to seek accountability for survivors of torture.

Before pursuing law, Naintara worked as an advocate at a Rape Crisis Centre, where she gained an understanding of the criminal justice system and developed a particular interest in challenging state failures to investigate sexual violence. As part of the role she delivered training to local authorities and helped establish a reporting platform in consultation with survivors at a London university. She also has experience working on an employment project for migrant women in the charity sector, and has volunteered at legal charities Redress and Advocate.

Naintara graduated from SOAS, University of London, with a Master’s degree in Human Rights Law in 2017. She has passed SQE1 and SQE2 in the top quintile.
