The Grenfell Tower Inquiry has published its final report into the disaster that tragically claimed 72 lives. It has found that the residents were badly failed over a number of years with the responsible parties across local government, central government, the construction industry, cladding & insulation manufacturers and those responsible for product testing variously displaying “incompetence”, “dishonesty” and “greed”.
