Home Secretary concedes judicial review following brutal domestic violence against woman refugee

The Home Secretary has agreed to admit to the UK a woman refugee and her three children after she was subject to extreme domestic violence whilst waiting for a response from the Home Office.

The woman’s UK based family are asking the Home Office to take urgent steps to admit her and her children without further delay.

Michelle Knorr of Doughty Street Chambers and Jane Ryan of Bhatt Murphy acted for the claimant and her children.
