The High Court has ruled that the Home Secretary falsely imprisoned the wife of a UK resident refugee over an eleven month period and the conditions she was detained in at Yarl’s Wood were inhuman and degrading.
The claimant was represented by Stephanie Harrison QC of Garden Court Chambers and Bhatt Murphy Solicitors.
