Zoe Wilson was 22 years old when she died a self-inflicted death whilst a voluntary mental health patient at Callington Road Hospital on 19 June 2019. The inquest into her death will consider potential issues in the care she received from Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust.
