Bhatt Murphy partner Tony Murphy has been appointed the first Area Coroner for North London Coronial Jurisdiction, covering Barnet, Brent, Enfield, Haringey and Harrow.
Tony’s commitment to seeking truth and accountability has been a touchstone for Bhatt Murphy. He first joined us in 2007 and has helped guide the firm as it has expanded and diversified its areas of work since it was first founded in 1998, working to establish Bhatt Murphy as a leading organisation in its specialist areas. Tony will be leaving Bhatt Murphy on 29 September 2023 to take up his new role and we wish him well in his new post.
Tony will sit as a Coroner part-time and continue working as a partner with Bhatt Murphy.
