Zoe Wilson was 22 years old when she died a self-inflicted death whilst an in-patient at Callington Road Hospital in Bristol on 19 June 2019. The jury inquest into her death has concluded that multiple failings by Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust contributed to Zoe’s death.
Tony Murphy and Erica San of Bhatt Murphy, and Stephen Clark of Garden Court represent Zoe’s family, who are also supported by the charity INQUEST.
