Two men have appeared in court in Bristol charged with involvement in a serious racist attack on two black men by a gang of four white men last year.
The prosecution is the result of prolonged and consistent work by a team of Bhatt Murphy lawyers with the victims of the assault – supported by Stand Against Racism and Inequality (SARI) – since the index events in September 2025. It is no coincidence that this occurred in the immediate wake of the far-right country wide mobilisation for the “Unite the Kingdom” march earlier that month.
