Three police constables and one community safety officer from Avon and Somerset Constabulary will today stand trial at Bristol Crown Court on charges of misconduct in public office arising out of their conduct in the days before Bijan Ebrahimi’s murder by Lee James in July 2013. The trial is expected to conclude in late December 2015.
Mr Ebrahimi’s family, who wish to make no comment to the media at this time, is represented by Bhatt Murphy.
