Bhatt Murphy has been instructed by Just Stop Oil and Extinction Rebellion co-founder Roger Hallam to challenge the refusal to release him from prison. Roger, who is serving a four-year sentence for planning to disrupt traffic on the M25, expected to be released on 24 March 2025 when he became eligible for home detention curfew but was informed by the probation service that he could not be released due to the “media interest” in his case.
