YX, the claimant, was restrained by male and female officers whilst she was naked at HMP Bronzefield. It was her case that the restraint amounted to assault, breach of human rights and unlawful discrimination.
The Defendant, Sodexo Ltd paid substantive damages to YX shortly before trial in January 2023.
