This is a very uncertain time and we want to do everything we can to ensure that we protect the health of our staff, while maintaining services to our clients.
In line with the Government’s current advice, all of our staff are now working from their homes and our offices are closed. We hope this will not affect the service that our clients can expect to receive as we have systems in place to allow our staff to work effectively from home. We have also taken steps to ensure that in the event of any of our staff members becoming ill or unable to work, cover will be in place to ensure that our service to you continues.
Please note that we have revised our switchboard operating hours from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm. If we are not able to answer your call as quickly as we would like, please contact us by email instead if you can. Direct line numbers and email addresses for all of our solicitors and partners are listed on our staff profiles.
We will no longer be holding meetings at our offices. Instead of meeting you in person, we may ask you to use Skype, Zoom or another video conferencing app, or if that is not possible, we will speak to you on the phone. Visits to prisons and immigration detention centres are also prohibited at the present time, but we will be available to speak to clients on the phone.
Some court and inquest hearings may be going ahead remotely or by telephone and we will continue to monitor developments closely and do our best to keep our clients informed.
